Consultation has concluded

The last colleague survey was undertaken in 2019 when 61% of colleagues took part.

A lot has changed since then:

  • COVID-19 pandemic
  • Hybrid working
  • Other factors like cost of living

Why should I take part?

  • We need to understand where we are as an organisation
  • We need to know how you are feeling
  • To understand what's working for you
  • To prioritise areas for improvement
  • Responses will help inform the People and Culture work

We want everyone to be involved, you can find the online survey below. If you require a paper version you can download and print the questionnaire, or alternatively we can arrange to send this to you. Please contact policyandconsultation@derby.gov.uk.
