Derby City Council is asking for views on our draft Elective Home Education Policy which has been produced following the introduction of the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill in Parliament on 17 December 2024.

We are consulting Derby parents and carers to ensure that our practice reflect the proposals in The Bill.
