Derby City and Derbyshire County Council Household Waste and Recycling survey 2026

We are asking for residents in Derby and Derbyshire to take part in a short survey (external link) to gauge customer satisfaction with Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC). We are keen to hear what our customers think of the centres and the service they receive, as well as any areas for improvement or praise.

The survey has been organised by site operators, HW Martin Waste Ltd, and the survey is being managed by DJS Research Ltd.

The survey will close 19th April 2026.
