Mental Health Assessment survey

Adult Social Care and Health is reviewing the way in which we carry out Mental Health Act Assessments. We would really welcome your help by completing this questionnaire as someone who has had a Mental Health Act Assessment or supported someone with this in the last year. This information will help us to understand what we get right and how we can improve our service to other people in the future.

Please return your completed questionnaire by Friday 25 August.

Mental Health Assessment survey workshop

We will be conducting further research in a workshop in October.

The workshop will look at the overall feedback from the survey, provide an opportunity for people to discuss the results and suggest improvements to the team.
