    Parents and Carers - Learner Feedback Survey

    Derby City Council would like to invite you and your child to take part in a short survey regarding your experiences of your child’s independent school placement. 

    We are collecting feedback as part of our quality assurance processes. We will review all responses and use the information to assess perceptions of the school. This information will help us to see where schools may be performing well and where improvements may be needed. All responses will remain anonymous.
