Preparing for Adulthood - Support workers

Derby City Council is consulting on the Preparing for Adulthood experiences (transitions) of our young people and their journey into adulthood.

This survey is for support workers on their experience of the process. Your answers will help us to understand the transition process and help us to identify how the support and service could be improved and developed within the constraints and resources available.
