Derby City Council are conducting a survey of local residents to help understand your experience of living in your area and about the services from Derby City Council. By completing this survey you will help inform future priorities and services.
How to complete the survey
You will have received a letter in the post containing a pass number. Please use the link provided below to complete the survey and enter the pass number provided.
If you require a paper version of the survey or any help with completing the survey please call 0800 533 5386. Please note this number will take you through to a helpline.
Confidentiality
We have asked an independent research company, Public Perspectives, to conduct the survey on our behalf. Please be assured that your answers are confidential and will be treated anonymously. This means that we will not report your answers alongside your personal details. All your answers and information will be managed securely and in accordance with data protection legislation.
