All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.  We will only use this information to inform the development and implementation of the proposals to revise the Council Tax charges for empty, unoccupied properties and second homes within the city.  All of the personal information you provide will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party. The overall anonymised findings of the survey may be shared with other departments within the council and external partners.
