Derby City Council is proposing a balanced budget for the next financial year against rising costs and inflation.
Through a mixture of additional Government funding for Social Care, management of demand, savings and an increase in Council Tax, the Council is now consulting on a balanced budget for 2023/24.
Full details of the proposals in the Medium Term Financial Plan Consultation and can be viewed in full in Appendix 2 and 3.
The Medium Term Financial Plan which consults on proposals to support the Council achieving a balanced budget by March 2023 has now closed. A report will be finalised outlining the feedback from the Consultation.
The People's specific questionnaire only consulting on detailed proposals around children's and adults services is still open for feedback below, this closes on 10 February 2023.
